We recommend appointing a dedicated Administrator to oversee the IMPGo system within your organization. This individual should be highly organized and responsible for managing system access, structure, and overall usage. Their title can be "Brand Manager Administrator," "Marketing Portal Admin," or any other designation that aligns with your internal structure.

 

2. Define Your Brand Structure

For organizations managing multiple brands, establishing a well-organized system is crucial. Our team will work with you to develop clear standards for the categorization, tagging, and filing of digital assets, templates, integrations and marketing resources. This ensures every asset is easily searchable and accessible, streamlining your marketing and brand management efforts.

 

3. Set Short-Term and Long-Term Goals

While your IMPGo system can be deployed quickly, achieving optimal efficiency and full customization requires a phased approach. Features, integrations, and system enhancements may take time to implement. We ask for your patience and collaboration in reviewing and adhering to the implementation schedule established during our planning session. This ensures a seamless rollout and continuous platform improvement to meet your evolving needs.
